Today I manage the preparation of Caffè Italia’s products. However, my origins are in the agricultural sector.

In 2006, I started my studies that brought me to a level of excellence in the art of roasting leveraging the best SCAE trainers.

In 2014, I reached the first place in the semifinal of the Italian Roaster Championship in Lecce. While in 2015, I was one of the finalists in the Italian championship of Cupping and gained third place in the Italian Roaster Championship held in Bergamo.
In 2016, I won third place in the new edition of the championship in Rimini.
